JTB Western Japan, Corp. has been appointed as an official travel agent for the Conference and will handle hotel accommodations. JTB Western Japan, Corp. has reserved a sufficient number of rooms at the following hotels for the participants during the Conference period at special discount rates. Hotel assignment will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. Hotel reservation deadline is Monday, May 11, 2015.
