Abstract Submission Period:
Please submit your abstract(s) via on-line system during the following period.

Remarks: Submission period has been extended, but the early bird registration period had been closed already.
Those who make registration after August 01st is classified into late bird registration.
Our system is designed for both “Congress registration” & “Abstract submission”. You can make
registration only or can make abstract submission together as registration.
Those who wish to make abstract submission, must make registration first.

Early Registration Period: June 01st (Wed) to July 31st (Sun), 2016
Standard Registration Period: August 01st (Mon) to October 10th (Mon), 2016
Acceptance/Rejection Notice: Early September (subject to change)

General Policies:
・Submission must complete through the on-line submission system.
・The abstract must be written in English and presented in English. Please submit abstract according to the guideline below.
・The presentation style is poster presentation only.
・There is “Short Presentation Time” for poster presenter at the main hall before poster display hours and all the presenter must submit a slide for short presentation as well as an abstract.
・Short slide should be summarized in 1 page of A4 size data and submitted in PDF style.
・Authors can submit more than one abstract.
・Original scientific materials which has not been previously published is accepted.
・All accepted abstracts will be published in the congress abstract book.
・If the abstract is accepted, one author must register for attendance. Expenses associated with the presentation (e.g., travel, registration and accommodation fees) are the responsibility of the presenters.
Abstract Format Guideline:
Title:
・Less than 64 words.
・The title should be brief and clearly indicate the content of the abstract.
・Do not define or used abbreviations in the title.
Text:
・Should be less than 360 words.
・All abbreviations must be defined the first time they appear in text before being used as an abbreviation only.
・Do not include figures, equations, images.
Other:
・Author, and co-author names, organizations, countries should be typed under the title.
・Underline the name of the presenting author.

Notification of Acceptance/Rejection
A notification of acceptance/rejection will be sent to the registrant’s e-mail address in Early September.
Young Scientict Award (YSA)：
Young scientists up to 35 years, in essence graduate-, postgraduate- or PhD-students may submit an abstract until July 31th, 2016. In addition, they have to complete an application for the Young Scientist Award (YSA), and to provide a document proving that they are inscribed as students at an established institution.
Please fill in and sign your application and sent it in pdf format by e-mail or FAX to Asian Congress 2016 Secretariat.

Applications must be received by Asian Congress 2016 Secretariat no later than 31 August 2016 to be eligible.
Application Form for Young Scientist Award
All abstracts of Young scientist award applicants will be reviewed by the JSAAE plan Committee, then acceptance/rejection notice will be sent to all the applicants in advance. Asian congress 2016 will hold a special "Young Scientists Award Session" from 10am to 12am on November 16th, where the successful applicants are required to make 15 minutes short presentation each.
The presenters of this session will receive 2016 Diploma and a financial gratification (100,000 JPY) after the speech.
