| Please pay the participation fee of 15,000 yen in cash at the registration desk. (Medical students, the recipients of travel grant and presenting authors from abroad with foreign nationalities are exempt from participation fee.) The registration desk is located on the 2nd floor of the TFT Tokyo Fashion Town Building. You will receive a name-tag upon registration for the meeting. Please make sure to wear it at all times during the meeting. The registration desk will be open during the following hours: July 20 (Wed) 7:30-17:00 June 18 (Thu) 7:30-17:00 June 19 (Fri) 7:30-15:00 |

| "We recommend Cool Biz during the meeting." | |

|
| The 48th Annual Meeting of Japanese Society of Pediatric Surgeons will be held in midsummer, two months later than usual. In order to help conserve electric power due to the great earthquake and nuclear accident in Fukushima, I would like to recommend "super Cool Biz ", no ties during the meeting sessions. Polo shirts and casual business attire is strongly recommended. Also, polo shirts with a symbol of the meeting, sunflowers, will be sold at the venue. The proceeds from the sale of the shirts will be donated in support of the disaster affected areas. There is a limited number of polo shirts, so please purchase as soon as possible at the venue. Two colors are available: white and yellow, sizes S, M, L. Price is 2,500 japanese yen. |

| Participants bringing their own computers are requested, also bring their own external-output cables. Make sure to check prior to your presentation time that your presentation be doesn’t render any garbled characters when opened on another computer than your’s. * We strongly suggest you to bring your own computer as a backup. |
