1. Online Registration
Application for membership or any changes to your registration details can be made online.

※Note 1.
Due to the introduction of online Change of Details facility, it has become necessary for members to provide their birthday and work or home e-mail address. Please be notified that you will not be able to close the Change of Details page without registering your birthday and an email address.
※Note 2.
Changes to registration details will immediately be reflected in the database. Please take care to avoid errors.
※Note 3.
Members who cannot make changes online, please submit details to be changed to the Society’s secretariat by email.


2. Dues
Full Membership A: Annual dues \10,000
Full Membership B: Annual dues \3,000 (Paramedical staff only)

On completion of the application process, a prescribed deposit slip will be sent to you.
