Drs. Barry Greenberg and Alan Maisel from the University of California, San Diego are offering a special invitation to our colleagues in Japan and throughout Asia to attend the the 3rd Annual Hawaii Symposium on Diagnostic and Therapeutic Modalities in Heart Failure at a substantial discount.
Registration for individuals who respond to this invitation will be reduced to $350 for physicians and $300 for nurses, Pharm Ds or trainees.

The Symposium will be held from December 5-7, 2013 at the delightful Mauna Lani Hotel on the beautiful Big Island of Hawaii.
This year’s Symposium will detail exciting advances in heart failure, biomarkers, interventional therapy, and arrhythmias.
Attendees will have the opportunity to hear renowned leaders in cardiology discuss the newest important advances in their fields from 8 AM through noon and then again from 4-6 PM leaving ample time to enjoy the beautiful beaches, golf courses and other recreational opportunities in this beautiful tropical setting during the 12-4 PM midday break.

The Symposium is officially endorsed by the Heart Failure Society of America, the California Chapter of the American College of Cardiology, and the American Association of Heart Failure Nurses.
